  • My role includes answering the telephone, sending work emails, till usage and stock maintenance. Interacting with patients and ensuring details are up to date. Completing orders and general cleaning

  • I have developed pre existing customer skills, however this is now on a face to face basis, I have learnt how to use nhs systems for patients. And also learnt new skills on porting information to the correct system

  • I enjoy my programme very much, I am learning new skills all the time, and enjoying every experience.

  • My programme is very well structured, I always have a constant flow of work and if I ever have any issues my tutor is always on hand to help

  • My employer supports me a great lot through my apprenticeship ensuring that wherever they can help me fulfill my full potential and keep me updated with guidelines so that my work is my best

  • My tutor is always there to help me, wether it be something small or something new that I have never done before.

  • My qualification helps me with my day to day job, as it shows me how to use all the processes we use to the best of my ability ensuring that everything I do is correct
