I am responsible for my key children, for their personal care, planning and learning journey as well as the safety of the children attending the setting, and day to day cleaning.
Yes I have learned lots of new skills for my job including different observation types and better communication skills.
I am enjoying the programme and have feel I have learned lots more about my job role.
It is very organised but I sometimes get confused with the structure.
I have the support from my employer when needed. However I haven’t needed to much support and my colleagues are often who I turn to if need any guidance.
My training Training provider is very supportive and easily contactable.
I feel the training is for sure helping me with my role and to understand my role better.
As colleagues we occasionally socialise together and keep in constant contact.

Paragon skills have offered me the opportunity to further my qualifications thus enabling me more job opportunities.
Ensure you understand the course and understand how much work will be required to achieve the qualification. Theirs is a lot.
