As a recruitment administrator, I have to deal with emails, phones call and some queries. I have to prepare and organise paperwork for recruitment events, check medical recruitment inbox on a regular basis to answer applicant queries where applicable & use colour code to flag to relevant team member. Answering queries in the recruitment inbox in a timely manner. Printing of documents and making sure we have the resources. Also, ensuring this is done in a timely manner Provide admin support to the recruitment co-ordinator as and when needed.
I have learnt a lot of new skills like working in systems, like Selenity, Eportfolio and others, that I haven't worked before, also how to interpret emails and the candidates needs. I have developed my confidence in English speaking and writing. The NVQ is been helping me a lot with all the setup training that my tutor is giving me.
I am very happy with this opportunity to learn. It is not always easy to combine work and study. But every time I have asked for help, time to work on the NVQ, asking for new tasks that will help me with my shadow. I always had the best support. I am learning a lot with this course and I feel I have improved my confidence.
It is very good organised, I have all the support I need and all the tasks are set up on time and with the time we need to develop them
The team is been great giving me all the time I need to do my paperwork on BUD but also, giving me the challenge to be developed and learn more about what we do in the Recruitment team.
I have been receiving all the training I need, when I am stuck in some subject and I asked for help through the tutor. She always there ready to help me where I need support.
It helps a lot, I have been doing training that after I am applying through my role within the recruitment team.
Due to this pandemic and at the moment we are all working from home, we set up an HEE quiz every Thursday afternoon. That is a way to relax as a team from work and do something altogether
Yes
