I am employed as a Customer Advisor for Auden. Auden are a start up company at present offered short term loans. Although, we haven't gt much interaction with customers at resent we are all working collectively to map our procedures and processes.
Yes over the last 10 months I have learned about Lucid charts and process mapping along with ongoing training on our internal system. Dealing with complaints, vulnerability, customer risks.
It keeps me updated on all things relevant to my job. I feel challenged once I've submitted my tasks on a monthly basis.
Yes it is very organised. I receive my tasks in advance and this confirms the date they need to be submitted. Once these are, my tutor always provides relevant feedback.

Yes, I receive plenty of support from my tutor and he's very easily contactable if you do have any problems.
I have a lot of experience anyway from all the years I have worked both in retail (face to face) and over the phone, so I already feel I have lots of knowledge. Some of the tasks within the qualification are a recap of what I have forgotten and its nice to have a refresher course on these. Other things that the course has covered I am unfamiliar with which is good to learn about.
No doubt there will be once we are up and running as a company.
