Overall I have gained knowledge and skills to provide harm reduction to service users on a daily basis I interact with service users via one to one`s or via telephone call sign posting to the relevant service for their needs It is my responsibility to ensure the service user feels at ease and is welcomed into our non judgemental setting the advice centre Harm reduction advice is given and it is my responsibilty to make sure the service user has their needs met Everyday is different and cannot be predicted Alongside the traineeship I have studied Adult Lead Care with PARAGON SKILLS which I have found really interesting and I have enjoyed learning alongside the job.
