My role at Grs is an Administration assistant. This involves general data input tasks, cashbook payments, credit cards and I update the cashbook daily.
my confidence within my role has developed immensely and i've learnt things such as PESTLE & RIDDOR.
100% the programme is the best I've been on as it was self study so i feel like it was easier and more suited to my learning preferences and lifestyle.

I received plenty of support from my trainer, she explained everything so well and if i struggled she made sure i understood what my objective was and that i had enough time to do it in.
it helps ,e understand thing within my company and role more and i am more professional in my work now.
