Supporting adults with learning disabilities from a centre and in the community
I have learnt how to support adults in the community and at home with day to day tasks and activities
I enjoyed my programme because I got to learn hands on and put my learning into practice through work
My programme was very structured and allowed me to keep on track by having due dates for work set
My employer provides lots of support by helping me with written work and is always available in the workplace for any questions or concerns
My training provider has supported me to complete tasks and is always available for any questions
I think that my qualification has helped me perform better as I am able to take what I have learnt and researched and put it init practice through working
