On a day to day base I complete work required for my NVQ in an amazing work environment, working on some of the most advanced engines in the world.
I have learnt plenty of new hands on skills and my confidence as a person has grown massively on the course
I throughly love the work i do at the course. However, workload can change due to demand giving me no hands on work for awhile.
I currently feel the course could be improved in this area as I often feel the structure is lacking.
My relationship with my employer isn’t very close , although I am given the tools to complete my course, I don’t allows feel the support is there
I feel I get little support from my training provider as work I complete takes months to get mark.
My course in my eyes is more than enough for the role it is designed for.
I often ask for extra opportunity at work but rarely get any, I would prefer to have more opportunities where I can network and other events.
Yes
Although it you might not get a job at the end no matter how well you perform, the course develops you as an individual and increases your confidence tremendously.
To give a very honest CV and to put the work in required for the role as you won’t regret it.
