On a day to day basis my job role includes being on placement, where my first placement has been within stress hence doing stress related tasks, which are of business benefit
Yes I feel like I have learnt many skills, from technical skills all the way to interpersonal skills and have developed these in a way in which they help me with my job role
I definitely enjoy my programme and often say ‘to me it’s not like I’m working’, which I think is a good place to be in
Very well organised in terms of the Rolls-Royce side of the apprenticeship however, Sometimes with the university side of my apprenticeship there have been some slight hiccups, from an organisational perspective
We receive a vast amount of support from our employer, especially with regards to our well being and progress through our apprenticeship, often done through our ADLs
We receive quite a vast amount of support and generally are able to ask anything at any time, whether that be face to face or whether that be via email etc
I feel very well about it and feel like it develops me greatly as an engineer
I would say sports teams would be nice, as well as, professional networking events
Yes
Because so far I’ve had an amazing journey within the company and am looking forward to the following years to come
Just be yourself on your applications and make sure you try and make yourself stand out from others
