I’ve learned lots of new skills and knowledge. Which will help me later in my career
I enjoy all the training, and working within the business. Being treated as a normal employee is great as you don’t feel like you’re at a disadvantage to anyone else.
The programme is well structured and planned, which means all the placements flow smoothly
I receive as much support as I need, with an allocated manager who is solely available for helping me progress through my apprenticeship.
I haven’t had much contact with my training provider so I’m not sure what support they offer
All the training I do, and the qualifications I am gaining, will help me in my role as they allow me to learn the skills required in an engineering business.
I get involved with the Apprenticeship Council, as I think it’s good to have something different to your daily role to be involved with
