To assist in preparation of management accounts: the preparation of monthly budget returns and monthly invoices for clients, alongside preparation of MI, management reporting and general financial support. Daily interactions often include liaising with client managers to understand intentions, whether it be in terms of volumes or new projects.
I have achieved AAT Level 3 and am currently working towards completing AAT Level 4. I am also currently using internal resources to work on and improve my leadership skills.
I really enjoy the programme that I'm on, my work is very supportive of my development and I'm always encouraged to learn new things and work towards my future prospects.
My programme is well structured, i receive the appropriate training and support with both my role and my studies.
I receive a lot of support from my employer, from both my manager and the HR team. My manager encourages me to work towards my goals and supports me in doing so. The HR team are always available for additional support and guidance.
There is a lot of support available as there is a team of tutors available 7 days a week to answer any questions you can't quite get your head around.
My qualification absolutely helps me perform better in my role as I have that advanced knowledge that enables me to really understand the tasks i'm doing in work or if there's anything else we can start doing to help aid financial understanding.
We are encouraged to participate in volunteering at a organisation of our choice. I have also visited a couple of schools to talk to and help raise awareness of apprenticeships.

It is genuinely a lovely place to work, the people are lovely and you are valued as a member of the team. There are lots of opportunities to develop yourself and you are encouraged to do so.
