i work withing natwest and speak to both Person banking and Credit cards customers answering there day to day queries
i have learnt a lot since working at NatWest, this is from learning different procedures in the business but with the apprenticeship side of it i have gone out of my comfort zone and worked on my Teamwork skills
i really enjoy the programme as i have been waiting to do some sort of education in finance and customer service and getting this opportunity to work on this. i also enjoy speaking to my coach as they listen and are very helpful with any help i need
The way the apprenticeship is structured okay and it follows each mission well
when i need help or time for the apprenticeship i can ask my Employer and they are able to look at helping me, but some more time to complete the work would be nice
when i first started the apprenticeship i used to have a call with my Coach every month but id at any point i needed help i can just email them and they are so helpful
the qualification itself gives more information about Customer service which is what i work as so it helps a lot in my current role
Yes
Love the team i work with
to remember that you always have someone there to help you
