  • Working with customers who are in a debt position on their loan or current account and putting repayment plans in place for the debt.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Programme seemed to be a lot of work for a Level 2 certificate to be achieved. I enjoyed some aspects of the tasks.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme was well organised and structured once started. However, as it is online we heavily relied on other apprentices wthin our department to help us with some of the tasks.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Support from employer is there, with designated time each week for completion of the programme.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Support from training provider could be better from the start, but they were always happy to help if you had any questions and would often communicate through emails. There were opportunities to speak to the training provider over the phone as well, but the programme could have been improved by updating resources to make them more clear of what was needed to be completed.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The qualification hasn't impacted how i perform my role. IT hasnt made me perform either better or worse.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are some opportunities presented but not many. In my role specifically it was had to attend any activities as we were not allowed time off to attend these like other teams

  • No

  • I dont believe they are a good employer. The company often made promises and told us stuff that would happen that never did.
