  • i enjoy learning new things so doing this programme has been a good way to stay focused in the job role

  • it is ran great apart from mentor changes and covid 19 disruptions

  • the support is great and we get time to complete the work needed in the office

  • lots of support. emails, monthly catch ups and work being marked

  • yes lots of events. community days, charity days, team nights out. centre parties

  • by far the best company i have worked for in my career. very people focused and supportive of the person and not just about the job role

  • be your self and confident. show off your talents and make the interviewer know your capable of completing the role. Be open minded and ask questions
