my role is to help customers at first point of contact on the phone and direct customers to the correct area if needs be.
i have learnt lots since starting as this was a career change for me
i enjoy learning new things so doing this programme has been a good way to stay focused in the job role
it is ran great apart from mentor changes and covid 19 disruptions
the support is great and we get time to complete the work needed in the office
lots of support. emails, monthly catch ups and work being marked
i believe it helps as the things i learn about i am able to proactively put it into practice in my role
