Maintaining customer cases that they log with our helpdesk, answering questions on the phones and via emails to provide a high level of technical support to our customers.
I have learnt many skills such as communication with peers and customers that I did not have before. I have learnt other valuable technical skills during this that I will be using in future life.
I enjoyed the programme a lot as it allowed me to earn a salary, get a degree and have no debt afterwards!
Programme is very well structured from the MMU and with their communication to my employer.
I received a lot of support from my employer such as weekly meetings and time in my working hours to work on university projects etc and giving me time and resources to work on my work.
I received a lot of support from them, whether it be online resources or regular meetings to ensure I am on track with my studies and progress.
I feel as though it did as the pathway I chose was directly related to my work, so there was a crossover of skills taught by the university that directly apply to my work.

I would enjoy the time at university as much as possible to ensure that you get everything out of it as it's a great opportunity to get a valued degree at no cost to yourself, but also learn life skills at the company with the great team we have.
