My role includes supporting adults with learning disabilities, these duties include supporting them with daily tasks and responsibilities. Part of my role is to ensure that all paperwork is completed. Updating files and ensuring that the shift planning is completed.
During my course I have learnt skills such as performing monthly health and safety audits. I have also developed skills such as delegation and supporting others throughout my course.
I found the program very enjoyable, learning new things and being able to carry on working throughout.
The program is well structured on an easy to follow web system. This system allowed me to view my progress and see if I had any outstanding work.
I received lots of support from my employer, allowing me time while working to complete any relevant coursework.
I received lots of support, including checking on my progress and supporting me throughout giving me lots of confidence to carry on when I didnt want to.
I feel this qualification has given me lots of relevant information relating to me job role enabling me to make positive changes within the service and being able to support others to make positive changes.

Because it is a good company to work for as it provides its staff with support and encouragement.
The advice I would give would be to stick with the company as they are reliable and very supportive.
