My first year was a full time college course learning various engineering methods. Now I’m in the depot I am getting involved with every department that operates within the depot.

I am constantly learning new skills no become a better engineer

Very much so, I enjoy my work

As much as required, we have reviews every few months

Setting targets and having meetings makes me get the best out of my time here and keeps me working hard

I’ve attended none if there are any. Not sure.
