On a day today basis; tracking shipments & booking the parcels in, helping with customer service enquires, providing excellent customer service experience.
Listening to the customers better, handling the challenging situations better, providing better customer service all round, better time management, knowledge and service skills
All together I enjoyed my apprenticeship without my tutor and support of my parents it would not have got the distinction grade in the apprenticeship
The apprenticeship was mixed during the first few months hit and miss, but after getting assigned [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] my current past tutor I managed to hit all target criteria for the apprenticeship.
I received a great deal of support from work and my apprenticeship tutor during the months of the apprenticeship, if I didn’t understand something I could ask another apprenticeship tutor I could ask.

I mangaged to get a distinction where as at one point I was thinking of quitting all together but with support that I had I managed to achieve the target grade I wanted.
There are other activities such as DHL football and other activities that help with creating a great atmosphere to perform to the best of the abilities we all can

It’s a great company to work for, I’ve been here for 2 years now and I made a great decision on doing the apprenticeship.
