My role is to answer the phone to customers, transfer calls through to the relevant department and book vehicles in.
Yes I have learnt a lot from working with Ancaster. I’ve gained so much knowledge and confidence

My programme through my tutor at Learning skills is really well organised. Through Ancaster they are poorly organised
