There are always new opportunities to get involved in projects to support my personal development! I've had support from my mentor, the training provider and other colleagues which has been great.
It is a great programme to be part of, you have a personal skills coach that is allocated to you throughout the apprenticeship from the training provider. In addition to the study classes you have the opportunity to attend skill workshops. This is really beneficial as it is a great opportunity for me to further develop my soft skills.
