On a day to day my role can vary from leveraging cloud technologies and automating processes to using data analysis tools such as PowerBi.
I have learnt new programming languages like PowerShell. Moreover I have a better understand of cloud technologies such as Azure and AWS and have become certified aswell. I have also learnt design thinking and working in and agile way.
I throughly enjoy the program as it is constantly pushing you to do your best and achieve more and more whilst being exposed to high priority tasks and projects to help build out our skills.
It is well organised with content being assigned weekly for the degree side of things. From the company perspective there is a clear hierarchy of people I can go to for help/advice/work.
My employer is keen in helping young talent grow to their potential so are always happy to help wherever they can to ensure we get the best possible training.
I receive support whenever needed from my training provider and they are always happy to go a step further to ensure you have grasped everything.
I find the module content overlaps a lot with my day to day which Helps me perform better at work whilst understanding the content provided by the university.
I get involved in organising social activities for the apprentices and those I work with which are a good way to get people networking. Moreover, I try to attend professional networking events as it helps grow my network.
