I am a Vehicle Administrator at Nissan Halifax. On a daily basis I invoice and tax cars that are being delivered within the day and I also split the packs from the deliveries which have gone out previous dates so they can be archived.
I have learnt a lot of new skills mainly IT related when it comes to learning new systems. I have also developed on exciting skills such as communication with others. This experience has also helped me become a lot more confident.
I highly enjoy the programme I am doing at the moment and I am very glad I got the role over everyone else who applied. It has helped me find a job that I love and want to continue doing throughout my career.
The programme is very well organised and structured. I always know what work needs doing and when it needs to be completed for. Once I have completed it, it gets marked quickly and then it is made clear what has been signed off and what is left to do.
My employer gives me a great amount of support and has really helped me to learn and understand the job role to a great extent.
My training provider has always helped me out when I require help. She always replies to my email enquiries within the same day and is happy to take a phone call to help assist me further.
My qualification has helped me understand the job role a lot more and has helped me pick up on certain facts. (Such as government guidelines when processing customer information).
We don’t have any activities but I am involved with a WhatsApp group chat where everyone is kept updated.
