    • Better people skills, better under pressure and can work quicker. I have definitely become more decisive and confident.

    • I enjoy the programme as we get freedom and independence to learn with proper work place experience

    • Very organised - we have specific weeks for learning and working so we are always getting our off the job training.

    • we are given lots of support and help during our training weeks and also after our training weeks we can always talk to our tutors about work.

    • I learn lots more about general construction and have a good base knowledge in the work place.

    • Bentley's support apprentices all the way through their programme. Their vibe and atmosphere is welcoming and there is lots to get involved with

    • To make the most of the assessment day and to try your best. It is al experience.
