Better people skills, better under pressure and can work quicker. I have definitely become more decisive and confident.
I enjoy the programme as we get freedom and independence to learn with proper work place experience
Very organised - we have specific weeks for learning and working so we are always getting our off the job training.
we are given lots of support and help during our training weeks and also after our training weeks we can always talk to our tutors about work.
I learn lots more about general construction and have a good base knowledge in the work place.
