I survey, quote and control installation projects at my organisation. If it includes work that I specialise in, I will also be involved in the commissioning process of the system. On top of this I also oversee the progress of all apprentices at the business.
I have developed skills in project management as well as processing quotations and chasing payment with customers. I have also developed experience in mentoring the apprentices, making sure they're developing the correct experience needed for their own apprenticeship.
The programme has been hugely beneficial. Opening my eyes into all departments that need to be considered within a business. The knowledge I am gaining through this will not only be advantages to the business but will also develop me as a person.
It is clear that a lot of planning has gone into the programme. With a quick contingency/solution in place, should anything arise.
I feel like I wouldn't have gotten this far, if it wasn't for my employer. He has mentored me through the apprenticeship, offering assistance where he can.
My training provider have gone above and beyond what is required of them. They have offered so much assistance in ensuring I have had the best possible chance in succeeding in this degree.
the qualification will help me consider all aspects of a business. No matter what department I go onto, my knowledge will surely help me get off on the right foot.
networking events and award evenings are something my employer promotes. As well as ensuring family/charity events are considered at every opportunity.
