I spend three years doing the regular university of Birmingham Computer Science course with the addition of a summer placement in the first summer and a year in industry in the third year. After this we have two years signed on with Vodafone
Birmingham Computer Science Course so Ai, Mathematically Modelling, Java, CSS, html, c, functional Programming, software engineering and more
Not all of it is relevant to performing the role in Vodafone but it really helps give a greater understanding of the wider world of computers
I've heard of a lot at Vodafone but haven't partaken in many at work but the university offers a lot in this regard

Vodafone is a very welcoming company that seems to always try to make things better for it's employees
Research the company and have a good idea about technology and the direction the company may head in
