I enjoy work a huge amount, extremely flexible with different working locations, environments and hours, to fit outside activities. A welcoming and friendly team supportive of apprentices and happy to help and give you opportunities to further your career in IBM. Went over and beyond my expectations, the opportunities are endless. I am enjoying the role and look forward to what other roles have to offer in this global company.
Appreciated by my task manager and people manager, supportive of choices and give constructive feedback at all times. Whilst being in to the PMO and having interaction with everyone that is on boarded to the account you are recognised by every member of the team. Also, interacting with the client build up a good reputation with the client and gets you recognised outside of IBM. Hugely involved in tasks, owning your own part of the project allows you to feel valued when your work is appreciated.
Induction was very informative and specific things were learnt along with an in depth overview of the business. Developing presentational skills from the onset. Support is there throughout from Mangers, sponsors and mentors. Continual study but more on the job learning, gaining a hands on experience. The programme is organised extremely well. This is supported by Org Charts i have created for the whole account across the globe.
Support is on hand whenever you need it. Someone within IBM is always there to help you, you could almost go to any person and they are willing to help. It is accessible at all times with the numerous ways in which we can communicate with each other. Everyone has a positive attitude towards supporting you.
The support couldn't be better, simply 100% there for you at all times.
Salary does not cover living costs if you have to pay for travel. It would get you a house however, at 18 it is a good salary and it is likely to increase over the years. Maybe it is not such a good salary for London, but better than the debt that is acquired at University for sure.
Ample amounts of opportunity outside of work. Events and voluntary activities. Member of the netball team currently and located 10 minutes from main office and accessible from anywhere in London.

A global company that looks after its employees in every way possible. Being a valued member of a team and gaining huge experience that is unlikely to be gained anywhere else. So many avenues and opportunities that can be had with IBM. recommend to anyone.
Be yourself, work hard and be willing to be flexible. Show how hard working and willing you are to want to learn. This is an opportunity you should grab with both hands and run with.
