It could be better, it keeps changing. it has governance in place like training, inductions, support, but programme is not defined yet even though we are half way through

It varies dependant on the tutors, but they do well

Blue-chip company, lot of benefits, competitive pay, brilliant opportunities, CV looks good with Rolls-Royce on it, a sense of pride working for them
Save all documentation on job roles etc, they often change so its nice to see what you initially signed up for. Be yourself on assessment day.
