As a customer service advisor, we are the front line with customer dealing with different situation like providing info, amending booking, cancelling booking, explaining terms, try to solve issue that might present on the last minutes with our associates between others.
yes, i beleive i have now a better understanding of my role and more knowledge to use on my day to day.
i enjoy it special because keep me busy in this special times we are living.
in my point of view everything has been organised so far
not, currently we are having difficult time in work with the Covid-19 so the support is not possible at the moment. but i believe they are trying to do their best.

as i mention before so far the information that i receive help me to have a deeper understanding of my rol, and provides my of some tools that i can use to improve my performance.

i would advise them to make a search of the web site to get familiarized with the product, also investigate a little bit of our competition, so they can identified the strength and weakness we have, so they can become a great assets to improve and keep what make us great
