I work as a deputy manager in a supported living. My duties are including staff supervisions, healthe safety, staff management and medication.
Level 5 in health and social care has strengthen my skills and due to the constant suport from my assessor Loeain lear I have improved performance and I'm able to resolve conflicts at work place and manage staff professionally.
This programme is very interesting as I have been able to explore different areas such as coaching and mentoring principles.
My programme was consisting of mandatory units, observations, self study. My assessor was helping me to break things down and explain difficult questions.
The company I work for Achieve together is encouraging staff to develop their skills, helping them to progres further.
My assessor was very supportive and she was always giving me clear advice and her constructive comments were very helpful, helped me to complete my work.
It helped me to improve my communication skills and it taught me how to manage and resolve conflicts. Also it I.proved my knowledge around regulations and policies.
My service users are very active and I always join them when they go outdoors activities.

I'm very lucky to work for achieve together. I started to work for the company in 2013. Due to the encouragement and support I have been recieveing from both regional director and house manager I managed to improve my skills and experience and I'm currently working as a deputy manager. I strongly recommend this company to everyone who has aspiration and looking for an opportunity to progress.
Be positive and make sure that Health and Saftey of our service users is your first priority. Meanwhile, be helpful and work hard to improve service users lifes. Finally, respect everyone, remain professional.
