Yes - There have been many things during my apprenticeship that have helped me understand learning and development better and how to make the most of the delegate experience.
Somewhat - some of the workshops i have been on haven't provided much in way of understanding or new knowledge meaning that it is a lot of time invested in one day to not get much out of it - I have found it challenging to keep up with the work load required alongside day to day activity
Everything has been well organised from a Dixons Carphone perspective, i think Watson Martin have been a little messy from time to time and not keeping us up to date with changes with webinar dates and times
Some - Left to manage my own time and just do what i need to do.
The support is always offered from the provider - Not always available however due to the team only working 2 or 3 days a week.
a little - Some things have given me a better understanding and helped me to think about different things when designing training
Yes, there are always different projects happening in the business that we could be getting involved in.
Yes
