Looking after young children. Helping them to progress and develop in life. Working with parents to make sure I am giving the best care I can to the children and supporting them.
I have learnt how to deal with situations that could potentially be awkward or confrontational. I have become more confident in the way that I handle things myself when I can instead of always going to other people to check that I am doing the right thing.
I love the programme that I am on.
The programme is very well organised and structured.
I receive a lot of support from my employer.

Paragon skills give me so much help and support. They are always there to help when I need it. The qualification is very thought out and helpful as well as the staff.
Definitely apply and make sure that you put down if you need extra support because they will help and do not judge.
