I work on a large account that deals with new tasks everyday. For example one day I could be programming and the next I could be giving support and solutions to our customers. I never get bored.
I have learnt new skills and developed existing ones from the day I started. It is brilliant because anyone will help you no matter how silly a question is. I can safely say I have learnt plenty since I started and built upon previous skills.
I enjoy the programme when I am busy.
In a short answer... NO! It is too big for its own good.
I don't know what I need to do for the programme. There is no structure/criteria in my eyes. I think IBM need to create a structure which isn't so wishy washy. I think the PDMs (Personal Development Managers) need to sit down their apprentices and show them what they need to do to gain the qualification.
You can receive as much support as you want. It is a fantastic environment to be in.
You gain all the support you need. It is fantastic! Anyone will help you.
It is reasonable. It is better than university debt.
I haven't had many opportunities to go to company events or activities.
