i am a cashier. i must ensure customers walk out the branch in a better place than they walked in. by having quality conversations i can identify and help them with their needs. there are many responsibilities e.g id&v
i have matured as an individual by working with barclays. i have got an nvq in providing financial services along with maths and english.
i really enjoyed the programme. the company is great and the team here are rochdale are brilliant. they have supported me thoroughly.
i feel very valued by the organisation. the support i received from the managers was incredible. all the staff helped me on the counter. i have had a few recognition throughout the year. some from the area director. i was also involved in the parish evening. i got myself involved in some of the charity events.
the structure wasnt brilliant i dont think. the communication between barclays an elmfield training was poor. nobody spoke to each other to discuss whats going on.

all the manages were brilliant. they supported me throughout the year. they helped me with my apprentice work as well as the day to day job. the appreciated that i was an apprentice.
the pay is not brilliant. but it is good compared to other apprentices out there. the parking in rochdale was exspensive in the town centre.
