    • I am an apprentice laptop repair techician at Team Knowhow. My day to day activities include repairing laptops with the faults they come in for.

    • I have learnt how to communicate with customers over the phone, how to manage my time more effectively, how to make notes, and how to repair faults with laptops. I am still learning new things every day

    • I am enjoying this apprenticeship a lot.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    • The apprenticeship is structured quite well. One day of college every 2 weeks and they have managed the best they can with the recent pandemic.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

    • I receive the support that I need. If I need any help at all, I can ask the specialists for help. If I need help with college work, I can ask my tutor.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • I receive a lot of support from my tutor at Lincoln college. If I need any questions answering or am having trouble on one of the assignments, I can always ask for help

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • I feel that the qualification I am taking helps quite a bit towards the job role. They are both electronics based and I can use some of the things I learn at college in the workplace
