I feel like my assessor that guided me with my coursework help me get where i am. She helped me understand my job role and help me with the problems, if i ever had any.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt different ways to approach people in sensitive situation, also how to understand others and how to work in a team.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed this programme a lot as i had a lot of support during this time

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

I feel like it was very organised as we used a system call BUD which would show what work i had to give in, the upcoming work, the overdue work and my completed work.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

I received a lot of support from everyone in the setting i worked at. Everyone was very helpful.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I received a lot of support. Every time i would email her with quires i would get a response straight away.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I have learnt a lot through my qualification and mostly with the help of my assessor as she would break the information done if i didn't understand.

I would share with my friends as i found it very beneficial for myself as i implemented my coursework into my everyday working life.

To complete work as soon as it is set and understand it at the same time.
