Talking to customers, solving and problems and queries with the product that I support. I work alongside the team aiming to hit targets and supporting others to also hit targets. Dealing with businesses and accountants to help them processes/correct information in the account.
I have learnt new skills working with the product, I have developed skills such as communication both written and verbal, I have also developed my customer service skills, which has helped with my confidence outside of work
I enjoy the program, it has helped me be more confident and it has also been great working as part of a team. Working alongside people who are very supportive and who also support me has made working at sage so much easier
Company is really well structured, training is always planned to help develop employees, this is always booked in and made sure if you are online that you get the time off. Apprentice time is always valued and Sage always makes sure we get 2 hours per week to focus on our apprenticeship.
I receive loads of support from my employer, my manager is always so supportive, my manager gives me loads of encouragement and always supports me and everything I do. My manager is constantly motivating me to strive and do better!
I receive lots of support from my training provider, they have been keeping me up to date throughout lock down and also inside of work gave me a lot of support meaning that i always knew there was someone to go to.
The qualification is based on things we do day to day, it also gives us a lot of insight about more of the processes that we follow and also puts the theory we learn into practice.
There are different company events hosted, sometimes through out the days there will be stalls up advising of different things. There is a gym in the building, in the summer there is also a social event that all employees are invited too.
Yes
Its a great place to work and develop yourself. It is an employment that will look after you and that will motivate you to work better. Me and my manager are always talking about developing and next steps for after the apprenticeship.
Choose something you enjoy as it will make it so easy to strive and achieve your targets. Work hard as the more effort you put in the better the results.
