Everything i have learnt is brand new to me so i have developed an understanding of Tax,NI,Pensions,SAP,Excel and also My professional communication skills
I Enjoy my programme a lot as i have been welcomed into the team with open arms and i think the work and training giving to me has been just right to a point where i dont feel overwhelmed
I think it is organised well as i have catch up calls/meetings with my tutor twice a month and can ask for help whenever it is needed
I receive all the support i need from an employer whenever i ask for time or help with my apprenticeship work i am given it
I Receive support whenever i ask for it however i feel as though sometimes more help or resources could be sent to me without having to ask for it
I Feel as though the training from my apprenticeship provider has had barely any effect on my role other than sometimes it is a distraction
