Within my role I deal with solving customers issues or answering their questions to do with payroll.
I have learned better team working skills
I enjoyed meeting new people around my age and how the work and apprentice side was all at the same location. I didn't have to travel to 1 location 1 day and then to another location a different place.
I feel my apprenticeship wasn't very organised and things were being changed all the time.
I feel I had all the support I need in order to get the work done as if I needed more time my employer was easy to talk to get the extra time to complete the work
I feel I got all the support I needed from my provider, when things changed they fully explained the changed and advised what we needed to do and provided us with support to complete the work correctly.
I feel the qualification helps me understand what the employer expects me to be like during my day to day role. so when im taking calls I know how to behave and react.
they are many extra activities I can get involved in, such as a foundation team that allows us to go do some charity work.
Yes
Sage is a very friendly work place and you don't get pressured to do something you don't want to
Tips I would share is to be honest and always look at the next step, so where do you want to be in the future
