Teaching assistant at an SEN school, helping in the learning of students and their behaviour.
Yes, developed new ways in which to deal with students.
Enjoy extremely well, am able to have the course work around me and my job without it interfering too much in my day to day work.
Very well structured.
I was supported very well, my work allowed me time to meet with my tutor on a monthly basis with no issues.
[This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] supported me all the through the course, always kept in contact, asking if I required help.
100% better. It allowed me to have different ways to deal with students and have a much better understanding of them.
Yes, sometimes I go along with the students football team but only when my students are part of the team, we also have on a weekly basis our enrichment trips that allows students to get out in the community.
Yes
The job is amazing, you work with some great people and the days are different. It's also great to have a job in which I/you can make a difference in young people lives.
Be yourself and dont try to act in different ways, in my role changing the way you are can be extremely stressful and the students we work with will easily pick up and change their look on you.
