I enjoy learning knew things and the degree apprenticeship allows me to develop my learning.

I would say the degree apprenticeship is well structured from an academic standpoint, in terms of work, I believe it varies depending on the workload for each team. Personally I feel that my team had a structure in place for me to develop effectively.

I have support from multiple groups of people within the company.

Most of my tutors are happy to support and provide advice for assignments, I rarely find myself stuck for support.

The qualification ties in with my current role within the company so it definitely helps me understand concepts that would have been difficult to understand if I did not work towards my qualification.

There are many extra-curricular activities to get involved with in the workplace.
