My role is in the front office of the Investment Bank. I am responsible for a range of tasks that involve data analytics, engaging in client conversations and creating content pieces.
Skills in excel, powerpoint, networking with colleagues and clients
I really enjoyed both my day to day job and the learning as part of the degree apprenticeship
The programme and the content is great, but there are ways the structure could be improved to ensure apprentices can perform well in both the apprenticeship and their day to day role. UBS are actively looking to the programme where possible
I feel supported by my line manager, HR, programme sponsors, and my apprenticeship providers.
Overall I felt supported but some improvements could be made.
Content was interesting and relevant.
