I would pay suppliers and customers so I was a Purchase Ledger. I looked after accounts and would process invoices so dating them, entering them onto the system and then paying them before deadline. I also looked after petty cash.
I learnt the process and stages of paying people and how to prioritise and organise people who we must pay first such as main suppliers.
I enjoyed it thoroughly and looked forward to learning more as I went along.
It was very organised. I knew where I stood with everything. Although, I think if i had more communication from the place I worked it could've been better.
I didn't get as much support as I thought I would but I got a great deal of support from the college.
I get alot. I get daily calls and emails and reviews.
It helps me understand why I do the things I do.
There was xmas wreath decorating and xmas dinners.

It's a good thing to learn and to help get future employment.
To revise any chance you get and to keep making notes and to ask for help when struggling even if it sounds dumb.
