Openreach Service delivery trainee engineer. Providing, maintaining and repairing the copper and fibre Telecoms network in Wales. Keeping customer connected
Learnt a lot of skills as previously knew nothing about the network. So with all the training and practical experiencing with working in the network I’ve broadened my knowledge and skills massively thanks to Openreach.
Meeting new people, learning new topics and building confidence and Ability to perform every day tasks in the telecoms environment
Very well organised with the option of help and assistance if and when needed.
A lot. There’s always someone available on the end of the phone with vasts amount of knowledge and show a great amount of patience and empathy
Again a lot. If there’s ever anything I’m unsure of there’s always help and guidance readily available
Massively the content is backed up in the everyday field which makes it easier to understand and relatable
Yes, there are out of work activities available online for myself and my family. Also there are sport groups known which are currently looking to organise meetings also
