I work in customer service, so on a daily basis my main goal is to fix customer issues that they have with the sage 50 accounts program, as efficiently and as accurately as I can.
my communication skills have greatly improved due to constantly being on the phone to customers, having to adapt my tone depending on the customer type and situation.
I have enjoyed my apprenticeship alot, however the actual job is not for me.
very well organised, alot of that is due to my tutors from northern skills.
I receive a lot of support in terms of completing deadlines for my apprenticeship.
More than enough support, I know I can go to them and ask for any help at anytime.
It has helped me understand different customer types more, after the assignment I completed on this.

I would recommend the company, as it is a great company to work for, full of great people. However I wouldn't recommend customer service to my friends as there are plenty of things about the role that i dont enjoy or think could be improved.
do an apprenticeship if possible as you learn a lot.
