On-boarding experience for new starters, day to day admin such as setting up sessions on our LMS system and paying invoices and liaising with suppliers.
Yes, i use to be scared of public speaking but now i lead the induction for new starters.
I loved my programme, from the content of the course to the coach i had assigned to me.
Very well organised, i was able to structure out my session in advance so i had it in my calendar for when they are.
I had full support from my employer.
100% support, i was able to have study sessions with other apprentices and was able to reach out to my coach if i needed any support.
