My role involves working with clients and fellow developers to create a requested solution or application
I have both learned and developed skills. These include soft skills like communication, problem solving and presenting. New skills include technical skills relating to software development
The programme is relatively well structured.
There is a lot of support from Accenture regarding the apprenticeship.
There is adequate support from the training provider. The level and quality of support depends on the skills coach assigned to each learner.
