I work on campaigns and I help create copy and design emails for our database. I support on-site campaigns and support on optimisation for emails and a/b testing.
Learnt leading projects, working with stakeholders and communicating clearly. I have learnt how to analyse data.
I enjoy how I have been able to lead certain projects and work streams and also enjoy our trainings. I love my team and despite COVID having daily interactions and working with them has still been fun.
I've been able to understand from my role how Google is structured and how it relates to the wider business. I've been given responsibilities to lead projects and learn when needed. Learning and training has linked to my work projects.
I have weekly's with my manager and mentor. Support has been great, recently I struggled however I am now getting more support which is helping.
Whitehat have provided a lot of support from training and coaching. Coach has been super helpful for apprenticeship work and workside. Love the training and the support I get!
Our training links to on the on the job experience, and day to day. Even though I won't get work experience in all of it but it really helps to know more about the industry.
Yes I've met up socially with my team, and able to support with committees. Virtual networking has been great.

The community and network you build is great as you learn from so many people. The support is great to!
Go for the application and don't be scared! You never know what will happen so just try. It can be daunting and long but every stage is is so important. I wish I was told when I was started that it's okay to not know everything and its okay to make mistakes!!
