Due to Covid-19 the experience was virtual but was still great! Involved learning about the practice of accounting (assurance) at EY the ins and outs. A case study and discussion with apprentices that have already completed the program and hearing they're honest thoughts. Learnt about the culture at Ey and the various diversity programmes they do.
Learnt communication and presentinf skills. Also how to lead n all around better working life through adapting my working philosophy through the presentation given. Also developed my numerical skills through the tests organised.
Thoroughly! Ey worked very hard, big mention to the entirety of the student recruitment team especially Becca Russell. They were really nice and made the experience very fun.
Very well structured despite covid-19 presentations we're done on time and everything in the programme was completed.
Learnt about my strengths and weaknesses and how to enhance them.
Gained strong teamwork skills and communication skills. Time management skills aswell.
