Line managing a team of 4 Housing Officers and providing them with guidance, advice and support. Housing Management for all aspects of tenancy management.
I've developed numerous existing skills including communication, people management and self knowledge. I've also learnt new skills such as budgeting and finance.
I am finding the programme interesting and varied.
Mostly well organised and structured. There are some activities that are similar.

My personal tutor is supportive and gives clear guidance and instructions.
The training helps the day job considerably.
There are though I live quite a distance away so don't take part in these regularly.
