Can feel un-organised as "20% of our working time" (1/5 days a week) was meant to be dedicated to completing the apprenticeship however that turned out to only be 40 mins and we have not been given any apprenticeship time for about 8 months so everything completed has been in our own time.
BPP Do a fantastic job and I can't fault my teacher, however NatWest Groups Organisation and time allocation for apprenticeships in my experience has been poor.
From my manager I have a lot of support, he allocates me time if he is able to when I ask for it. As for the business factoring time into my schedule, it hasn't happened for 8 months and I would argue they're finding loop holes by only offer 20% of our time 1 day a week as opposed to per week. (This was before the 8 months)
[This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] has been great, nothing but a credit to BPP.
Has in some ways, hasn't in others. It's allowed me to see more through the customers point of view but otherwise I wouldn't say its make "Performance or Life changing alterations".

Overall as an Employer NatWest look after their staff, hours are flexible, Pay is great and management is good. I just think their Apprenticeship program management has let them down.
As long as you're willing to learn and are able to work in a team well you'll do fine. Don't stress, be you but make sure to maintain professionalism at the same time.
